I had a Ferolli 31c boiler installed 18 months ago and have experienced a rumbling ,vibrating noise coming from the boiler on start up and switch off of central heating. Engineers been out 4 times says everything is working ok and has basically said its a design fault.It seems to be when the diverter valve operates but the noise rumbles through the house. Even when it is off in the middle of the night it will operate and wake me up. Any ideas how to stop or reduce noise.
