Ferolli Maxima 35S- fan-pump-no ignition or gas to burner???

been to look at this boiler today, friend of family(worst jobs) the boiler is going through ignition sequence, ie fan-pump but no ignition, there is no gas leaving the gasvalve and no spark in chamber, tried ferroli tech services but i was 14th in queue so thought sod that.
was thinking that it must be gas valve or PCB, any ideas on which one as dont want to replace wrong part as both pretty expensive.
no faults show on panel either?
