Fault F flashing, 0 pressure

Opened the two cocks and no sound of water at all, water gauge obviously no movement.

Any ideas what it could be? There are men upstairs fitting a new bathroom and kitchen but as of yet neither the gas or water has been turned off.

Is it time to call out an engineer. Prefer not to as broke.

the non return valve on these is prone to sticking, hate to be the bearer of bad news but that boiler is a pile of Shoite, but the plastic valve handles are carp to so remove them and turn the valve shafts with an adjustable spanner, if you have a drain down point outside and an outside tap you can re pressurise it that way if the non return valve is done
