I have a Ferroli Falcon 2 combi boiler (just moved into new flat so don't know who thought it'd be a great idea to install this brand of boiler?)
Anyway, Boiler lock out light comes on repeatedly in mornings
examples:
timer set at 6am - wake up at 7, in "lock out" mode.
hot water cuts out after about 1min of operating in mornings
Reset boiler, it then comes back on.
Might stay on for 15 mins then lock out again. It does this for the CH and cuts out DHW also, therefore needs resetting regularly.
Bear in mind this is mornings only when boiler is obviously cold.
We have no room stat (also FYI, it's a ground floor flat), just thermostatic radiators.

also it's NOT a condensing boiler - no plastic condensate pipe.
