Hi guys.im wondering if anyone can figure this out.. ill try to explain it as best as possible..

5 hallway lights on 4 floors (with battery for emergency) working on 5 timer switches each switch turning on all lights. so its wired live to first switch and from there load to all switches. as usuall.. but here is my problem the first floor light doesn't work, second floor light (transformer) doesn't stopping buzzing, 3rd floor light is on all the time. 4rd floor light buzzez... Any ideas where to start? and what to look for?

The wire running between the lights is three core red blue yellow earth..

Each switch is getting tHE supply from the first switch .. like u would wire timer(push switches)
starts from circut goes to each switch, wired the same in each switch, only 1 of the switches goes to the light and from that light it feeds all the lights.

Yes ,but have you measured a voltage at each light, if so then it sounds like you have faulty fittings, for both the ones that do not work & the ones that make the noise
