My Fiat Stilo has started to make a high pitched screaching sound from the front wheels espacially when turning right it doesnt happen all the time and the wheels dont heat up . When I touch the brakes the noise stops. Any help please its driving me mad.

If it stops when you touch the brakes, then youve found the problem!
Probably worn pads / a stone caught behind them or something.

Strip them down, fit a new set of pads and all should be well!

Could also be a driveshaft/CV joint problem. Check CV joint rubber boot for splitting. If it has split you will have lost the grease from the joint. This usually makes a clicking noise when that happens but can also make a squeaking noise.
