Fibreglass roof repair advice

My fibreglass roof is leaking where the layers overlap. This is just by the guttering. Noticed as water was dripping between the guttering and the roof. Annoyingly had the roof recoated just a year ago. The cracked bit does not seem to be more than a couple of inches long. Is there any DIY quick fix to just seal the joint so it does not get worse?

Get a tin of Blackjack, and dab it on good and thick with a brush, into the gap.
