How do you actually put water into the boiler. The intergral (white) key is pushed into the hole and locked. How do we then get the water to flow, is there a valve or tap that needs turning? The old silver loop was understood and easy to use!

After you have locked the charging link key in place you need to turn the grey knob on it's right slowly if you cant find the knob but a small white spindle is showing then you have lost it (don't use pliers as you will have to then replace the charging link assy)
