Hi all
I've just removed a couple of radiators in a ground floor extension and put in a new one in a different position. The floor had to be tracked to a depth of 5 or 6 inches. What I would like to know is what is the best method/mix for filling these holes?
Cheers

yes i know sand and cement/ concrete, what I was asking is what is the best mix (ie. ratio) for this job.

Ratio 4:1 Sharp sand/ Cement

Also best to protect the copper pipe from cement with denso tape, bitumen or insulation pipe etc........

Cheers masona,
Pipes are well protected with lagging, tape etc.
So you reckon just sand/ cement, no concrete then. The holes are roughly 4-5 inches deep.

Yes, just sharp sand & cement. Damp the area with water or unibond if you wish
