Hi all - I'm hoping to render over the whole of this wall. I know it would be better for me to knock out the patterned blocks and replace with solid, but in the interests of time (and effort, and money) I'm hoping to fill in the gaps and render directly over.
What would you use? My thought was expanding foam, but my brother suggested a sand/cement mix.
Any advice would be appreciated
