Filling in wall plugs

What is the correct filler for the holes left behind on the tile/grout from an old shower head bracket?
I am installing a new shower set. I am about to drill a couple of 6mm holes with a ceramic bit to fit the shower bar.

try to find a silicon that matches ya tiles, unless its in the grout, then just use the same coloured grout
