I have a pellet fired boiler which operates at 1 bar system pressure. Future plans include having a solar panel for hot water so the system is filled with antifreeze inhibitor compatible with solar. That stuff is expensive so if I ever I need to drain the system I save it for re-use. I do have a normal mains water filling loop but was wondering if there is a device available for pressurising the recycled system fluid to get it back into the system? I'm thinking in terms of something like the devices used for bleeding car brakes, a pump, a tank and suitable connectors.

Something like a water butt pump or hose pipe pump. Also call garden pump.
That to garden tap fittings then to 15mm plumbing fitting

Usually with the Solar vacuum tubes it is a separate sealed system fluid/circuit fed to the specific solar coil or a heat bank/exchanger, so it wouldn't normally be mixed with the normal wet CH therefore wouldn't be drained with it.
