I've got a broken inspection chamber cover that needs replacing, but I haven't been able to find anything online matching the current cover. It's 650x500mm, with rounded corners with ~25mm radius of curvature. Everything I've found in my searching so far has square corners or only slightly rounded corners. Any idea where I can source a replacement?

They usually have a brand name either on top or underneath so clean it off and check if it has one. If you get no joy then you may have to just replace the whole thing, lid and frame, but they are readily available either online or at any good builders merchants.
You could try any nearby reclamation yards. You sure it's not 640x490?
