Fine cracks in mortar

Evening,
Have been repointing my driveway which has 'crazy paving'. Some of the stones get dislodged when removing the mortar so I'm not wanting to repoint the ones with very fine cracks in the mortar.
Is there a product / way to fill the fine cracks without removing the mortar and possibly dislodging the slabs?

Mix kiln dried sand cement dry, sweep in with a brush and wait for rain
