Finishing Clear Pine Doors

I have just changed all of my interior door with clear pine doors.

What is the recommendations for sealing/protecting them, I do not want to paint them and would prefer to show the natural beauty of the wood.

I quite like the colour that they are now but would not mind making them a tad darker.

I have never finished new doors before and would love some inspritation and guidance from you guys, there are so many different products that i'm getting confused with it all.
