"..it was only the women that were affected, who cares..."

There are blokes on this forum that despise women and/or blokes that are frightened of them and then there are those that have a great respect for them. You can see the clear divide in this thread.
Shut up ya tart

No, have you read it? he wasn't the one doing the bullying he didnt stop people who were saying fireman, a hard task probably.
It wasnt people using the term "fireman", it was about workplace bullying.

Unfortunately Pete, you have read a story in the Daily Mail which falsely implied somebody got sacked because people where he worked used the term freman.............but thats not the truth, is it?

"It found she had been subjected to “persistent” derogatory and offensive comments from two managers at the service, and she told the tribunal that the workplace culture at the service was openly misogynistic and discriminatory."

Bailey had not intervened when colleagues made sexist jokes, an internal investigation found, and he failed to handle an informal mediation between Acheson and a colleague that escalated into a more heated exchange.

Judge Woodhead found that Bailey had failed in his duties in a situation that showed signs of intimidation and a potential physical altercation

The bosses acted reasonably for him not taking action lol, why didn't they take action then (and stop people saying fireman)..
You mean the warning letters and the disciplinary BEFORE the tribunal?
...help the guy out not hang him out to dry.
Helped indeed. He should have thrown in the management towel then, but I guess he didn’t like the idea of a pay cut. Who knows.

Yeah maybe he should have stepped down or even be made to (y)

But then the lady complaining becomes higher management problem and they dont want that, I suppose he done his management a favour not stepping down.
