Hi all,
We had Firebird c35 (3 years old) relocated a couple of meters on Tuesday.

On firing up all appeared to work but then the engineer noticed the hot water heated up to temperature on starting up but then doesn’t kick in when the taps turned on so just cools down to cold on running the tap.

The HW pump appears to be running for a very long time and when you turn it off at the control panel it lets steam out.

Any ideas before the bill gets higher

Thank you

at rest it should read open circuit and when you open a hw tap it should show you closed circuit , some times called infinity, doesnt matter you will know the difference if it is working

So there’s no mistaking what they say to me, where would I find the DHW and what’s it look like ?

some unhelpful posts have been removed
Cheers guys

seems strange if the fault has only happened since the boiler was relocated, turn the CH on and open a HW tap and feel the two pipes (cold inlet and HW outlet) and see which one is warmer, it is possible that they have been reversed
