firebird oil burner

hi, can anyone tell me why running for an hour or so, the burner locks out, but will reset after about 10 mins?

Maybe solenoid coil. but you haven't told us much about it. When was it serviced, what burner what model and so on.

sorry oilman, can only see its a fire bird, no model number, was serviced about 3 weeks ago

There must be some sort of plate on the burner, I've never seen one without.

If it was serviced recently call the man who did it and get him to come and sort it out. Either he got it wrong or he missed a faulty item.

Tell him you'll pay for any parts replaced (but not a call out/time!)
