one year old Firefox 8 , had new thermo coupler fitted, engineer out three times, still cutting out,,,stayed on for about three months recently, then started cutting out again after seconds or maybe a few mins,,,at my wits end,,,, supplier doesn't want to know,,,,,

Could be a manufacturing or install issue...
It looks like the stove is manufactured by https://www.percydoughty.com/gallery/stoves/multi-fuel/ as a coal only fire.
A 944 gas burner from Valor (Glen Dimplex Group) is added.
Valor also seem to sell it direct as a Valor Ridlington... https://www.valor.co.uk/product/ridlington-gas-solid-fuel-stove
In my experience Glen Dimplex are hopeless to deal with so try phoning Valor direct for an answer...
Otherwise try Moneyclaim online to put pressure on the supplier.
