Fititng a ceiling light fixture

Hi

I have removed the old ceiling rose from my bedroom ceiling. I did this without really looking at the wires and now I'm a bit stuck as to how to fit the new light fixture...

I think that I will have to put a new ceiling rose up but looking at online diagrams - they all have 3 cables but I have 4? I know which one is for the switch cable as it has the little red sleeve.

Please help...
