I have just fitted a new bleed valve to my radiator. i turned the water off at both ends removed the old one and replaced with the new one once all was tightley fitted i turned the water back on and water just constantley squirts out of the little hole next to the valve can anyone shed some light on why this might be happening?any help greatly appreciated

Tight enough to stop water coming out of it.

The centre piece has a pointy end that goes into a hole. If the 2 are milled correctly the point, when tightened, fills the hole. There is no other seal.
The thread has a channel along the thread to let air out when loosened.

It is feasible that there's a problem with the milling of one of the parts.
