Fitting a Flat Roof Skylight??

My Old man wants to fit one in his flat roof, Its over the existing kitchen flatroof, Which is SHOT!!

The flat roof is leaking so he's getting it replaced with either felt or EPDM. But he wants a skylight put in??

Is it a big job? (he wants to have a go himself! being in his 60's I dont really want him to!)

What size would he need to let in ''Natural Light''?

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Well you are governed really by the widths of the timbers. Its pretty easy when you replacing all the roof timbers, just fit yourself a kerb and pop the skylight on. Google BBS Skylights, they are in Brum

The roof was done this week in EPDM with a skylight fitted from the supplier you gave.

Well pleased with the outcome.
