Fitting a new Vaillant System boiler Need urgent help

As your system already has manifolds with thermo devices it would pay to stick with simple controls that use the 240 VAC to bring on the zones in the heating system.
The uniSTOR cylinder is already fitted with the necessary thermostats to fit in with this sort of control.

Now the interesting question!

Can he use W/C on the boiler as well as the sensor on the Unistor BUT still use simple 240v controls for the heating zones?

Some of these "clever" boiler control systems can turn out to be pretty dumb when you want to do anything more complicated than two heating zones of the same genre.

You could use a Vaillant 430f VR61(possibly 2nd one needed or expansion board)VR81WH40 low loss header(big wine bottle to acting as another heat exchanger with an Esbe mixing valve per manifold, more expansive.but enables variable temp circuit for ufh.
The Unistor is same price as Aurostor (solar twin coiled provision ??) the 430f has the capability to do solar with Vr68 too.
Assuming the property is well insulated this would be a better investment. You may be able to get an exopansion module to avoid buying 2 vr61s.This way you have a centrally controlled weather compensated arrangement.
It aint cheap but you get what you pay for
