Fitting a Wirless Thermostat to a Main 24HE Boiler

Hi,

I've bought a Honeywell CM700 wireless thermostat and want to fit it to a Main 24 HE boiler.

The boiler has a timer clock already installed. Do I just completely unwire the timer clock and wire in the new receiver using the neutral, live and signal 1 and signal 2 feeds that used to be connected to the timer clock?
