Fitting a worktop bathroom sink

Hello,

I've got one of those half round ceramic bathroom basins, which sits on the top of a vanity unit.

It came without instructons or any fitting kit - anyone know how these things are usually secured to the work surface?

The ones iv'e seen in bnnnq, are put on with clear silicone,could be just for a seal though, have you checked the box contents, as i thought there would of been some kind of locking nut to come down off your waste.
