Fitting an electric built-under oven as a built-in oven

Hi

I have a built under oven and would like to fit it into a modified built-in unit. Does anybody know if safety issues make this a no-no

Built-under vs built-in - the only difference is the height they are mounted at. Both sit in a unit so no real difference as long as properly wired in.
