I want to make the carcase for a built in electric oven. What is the recommended material? Is MDF OK? Is it OK to put an oven against a partition wall? Should the back wall be tiled?

Does your oven come with metal runners? It may not be nessecary to build a unit to house it.

Why not just buy one? They are relatively cheap.
