Hi,

Can someone point me in the right direction of how to secure and seal a inset sink (B&Q Equinox).

http://www.screwfix.com/p/astracast-equinox-kitchen-sink-ceramic-1-bowl-980-x-520mm/38094

I have oiled the worktop over the past week and sealed the edges around the sink with some varnish.

I am not sure if to just use silicone or if it needs something more substantial. I would read the instructions, although the wife has thrown them out.

Cheers

A bead of silicon all round before you drop the sink in, test dry first to make sure nothing is fouling, as once in it's difficult to make adjustments to plumbing etc.I like to use foil tape to seal cut edges, you can be sure you have not missed any small areas.
