Fitting intigrated extractor without a cabinet

I want to fit an extractor fan from CDA the instructions with it are rubbish. The fixing brackets are useless.
I think I have to remove the motor unit in order to get the circular metal disc out for the ducting.
I just can't figure out where to start.
It's going straight on to the wall.

My extractor model is a EIN60 made by CDA. I want to hang it without a cabinet but can't figure out how to do it.

This is the hanger. The end looks like it's 90° but it's more like 45° Wouldn't hang anything.
