I have the glass and have read the leaflet that comes with it. Doesn't look to hard but is there anything to watch out for,does the original pane come out easily after the screws have been removed. Its only a C02 so not hard to handle.

I've not done one for a while but I recall a bit of a mess from the old double sided tape. I think you need to slide a thin bladed knife or spatula between the sash and the glass to break the tape so that you can remove the sealed unit.

Yeah thanks for that, i was wondering how the original one was held in. Sure that's not mentioned in that leaflet that came with it.
