Fitting new toilet question (picture)

I’m fitting in a new toilet and the soil pipe is on the floor. The connector from the floor soil pipe to toilet looks corroded and needs replacing, which part do I need and if I attempt to change it I’m worried I may damage the soil pipe in the floor.

Looks like earthenware drain connection, just needs a clean up.
