fitting radiotors

I have just recently moved into a nother house which has a loft conversion with 2 tiny electric heaters .I want 2 change these and replace them with radiotors . I was wondering if i could cut into existing 10mm pipe work on the second floor to run them . would this work ?

Not recommended to tee into 10mm pipe work.

Go back to the 15mm or preferably 22mm pipework that feeds the existing radiators.
