Yep, a couple of dozen times with no luck.


It’s only a couple of years old and I paid around the £200 mark for it then. It’s £247 now! The shop said it was still under warranty but I couldn’t be arsed with sending off to Bristan with proof of purchase etc when the parts were peanuts.
They may have sent you the parts as opposed to sending them the tap.
 
Another set of cartridges arrived today. Hot one was fine this time. Haven’t even asked for the faulty one back so have a good used hot one and a new cold one as spares.
