fitting speedfit elbows close to a wall

When passing a pipe through a wall and fitting an elbow where the pipe exits leaves the pipe proud of the wall due to the size of the speedfit elbows. Apart from drilling an oversized hole to accomodate the fitting, is there any other ingenious method for making a neater job of it.

yes use end feed fittings :LOL:
 
I've done what you suggested, but the speedfit pipe has gone a bit gooey.

Seriously though, I would normally use end feed but this is for an outside tap in a place very prone to freezing. Rather than have to drain the pipework in winter speedfit pipe should be safe to leave charged.
