Fitting to cap a 22mm pipe feed to a bath.

I'm removing a bath and replacing with a shower. In the picture you can see the 22mm pipe to the bath coming from a plastic type tee fitting that i'm unfamiliar with.

Looking for advice on the best wat to cap this. The difficultly is that the pipe runs along the floor.

Can anyone recommend the best way to cap this & with what fitting? Possibly remove the plastic elbow with the copper ring & replace with some kind of stop?

Can you re-use them for the shower feed? If not then it needs doing properly as per water regulations.
