Fixing for 15mm pipe

Can anyone think of an off the shelf fixing that would secure 15mm pipe as it passes through 5mm plastic wall ?

I am making a bottle rinser and need to pass a 15mm pipe into a plastic drum, slight leaks around the point where it passes through won't be a problem but I would like it to be a tight fit.

You could use a Prestex 41 and a Prestex 42 either side of the drum wall - assuming you can get @ the inside ?
