|Fixing Marmox onto plaster board

Hi all,

I'm installing marmox in a new shower area. I wondered if I can mount directly onto a plaster board stud wall. I can locate all the stud work but it's not spaced to the size of the marmox so would only be able to screw into it for parts of the board.

I'm hoping I won't need to remove all plaster board and redo the studwork to suit.

Any suggestions much appreciate.
