Fixing shower screen to tiled plaster board wall.

Any tips, I know there are no battens.
The instructions say run a bead of silicone behind the channel (there are 3 fixing screws, which I guess wont actually do that mush).

Add a couple of extra holes to top of wall plate,drill and plug tiled surface, should give enough support for shower screen.Has the plasterboard been sealed/tanked?

Foxhole, plaster board has been there 5 years, Ive just had a new bath/shower screen, which is a different size, not tanked

If water gets to bare plasterboard it will turn to mush very quickly.

as above drill some more holes but use some toggles and silicone to fix it.

Toggle bolts & silicone, seems to have worked.
