Fixing to cinderblock walls

Want to put an ikea cupboard (small one) onto conservatory wall.

I bought the grip-fit things and I've also got the plastic toggles. BUT it looks like the plasterboard has been laid directly on top of the cinderblock. No gap at all.

So can't use spring toggle type fixing. The cinderblock is easy to drill into of course, bit whats the best fixings for this?

I've got 12mm holes now though where I'd hoped to install the round gripfits. Might have to move a little I guess.

Just drill blocks, 6mm masonry bit and use 6mm plugs and suitable screws .
