Flags soon escalated ... Rape attack on young Sikh womnan

Read the first 4 that come under section 12, somebody organised it, some invited support for a proscribed organisation, some recklessly supported it and some arranged it.

In total, 857 people were arrested under Section 13 of the Terrorism Act 2000 (TACT) for showing support for Palestine Action and 33 people were arrested for other offences, including 17 for assaults on police officers.

I have been through all this with motorbiking a few weeks ago when the sit down protest was being discussed. He spent pages trying to convince everyone that you could get 14 years for wearing a T-shirt with the wording "I support PA". Until I had a quick glance at the legislation, and pointed out that he was reading the wrong section.

publish an image of an article such as a flag or logo in the same circumstances (Section 13A).

Yet, one individual in this forum, is risking upto 6 months on bread and water, in his use of that very flag as his logo/avatar..

We'll have to wait, your link confirms 800 odd were arrested under section 13 pending investigation, of course the result of further investigation could lead to some being charged under scetions 11 or 12, could it not?

If you call 'that' a punch, I hope you never get in a fight. You'd die at the sight of someone taking his hand out of his pocket.

So, we went from rejecting the claim the man punched the woman, to accepting it, but saying it's ok because it wasn't a knockout punch.
So punching women is ok, so long as it's not too hard?

I don't think so. These people got arrested for using a very specific wording which corresponds exactly to s13. They did it on purpose to get arrested. I am sure the wording was used after taking advice.

I really, genuinely, don't see it as a punch. I see no target. I'm sorry, that's what I see or don't see whatever.

I mean this is England, it is a disgrace to allow them on our streets acting this way.
