No I doubt that there is anything to say you cannot fly another flag. I am talking about the union flags that are everywhere now, I actually have not seen any others and cannot see any councils spending money on another country's flag in our country. Most councils will support the union flag flying for both political reasons as well as the sense of pride and joy that it brings, I don't think many will say the Palestinian flag or any other country's flag has the same impact.
