flaking paint

in bathroom - emulstion - how every much i rub it down and re paint it - it continues to crack and flake -

never going to be perfect i guess as above the shower i ended up mounting it with plastic as i had the same problem!

its just int he corner of the room and always comes back after about a month,

i know its lack of ventation - but we have a fan / x2 windows open - but the shower is in the middle of both of these, so not best location.

any thoughts please???!

any way of stablising it!

If it just in the corner scrape off the flaking paint and sand back the edges, then apply an oil based undercoat before you apply your emulsion, this should help
