Flashing Kit for Vertical Soil Pipe

I live in a chalet-style bungalow and the builder or previous owner has put the plastic vertical soil pipe vent (110mm I think) through the pitched roof without a flashing kit.

Although the concrete roof tiles have been cut to allow this, there's a pretty big gap where water has been running into my loft space over time!

So I need to buy a flashing kit and have come across the following product which seems perfect for the job.

Personally i think a lead slate adds a touch of class. Old-fashioned, me. Too late to change.

I remember having to make one of these at plumbing college. We spent about six hours making one from scratch - lead soldering. I asked the tutor how long it would take him to make one for a job. He said 'B*gger that, I would go and buy one for a few quid'

Lead burning Lead Slate Pieces was an apprentices job when I served my time. I drive past housing schemes we did back in the day & the roofs have never been touched in 40 years. Amazing when you think about it, the Roofers were pizzed most of the time......
