I've got a flat lead bay roof I've notice a couple of small wet patches inside on plaster I can't see any problems with the lead but someone told me to paint it over with a seal what do I need to use. I did see an advert from a company that apply a rubber like paint looks really good but I'm on a bit of a budget so help please what can I buy to solve this problem myself

It may not be the lead! if you can post a pic from outside it may help.

Acrypol available from most builders merchants at around £45 for 5 litres.
