Flat pipe collars - white 15mm

Hi - I have several radiator pipes where I'd like to cover where the pipes enter the wall.

The 90 degree bend is quite tight and I've tried the Talon collars but these are too tall.

Does anybody know where I can buy some white, flat 15mm collars?

I can't find anything using a Google search

I don't think I have ever come across flat white pipe collars. You sometimes get flat (ish) chrome ones which fit behind a shower valve but they would not have a split in them so would require removing the rad valves. What about trying to source some flat white washers and silicon them to the wall?
