Hi All,

Just noticed my flat roof on my extension isn't drying out properly, most of it dries out but around the edges it stays damp for a very long time. Is this normal or is something more sinister occuring. There's not damp on the ceiling/walls and the roof appears in good general condition to my untrained eye with exception to this damp that lingers.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

It looks like the roof edge rises slightly, so thats where the water will dry out last......nothing to worry about there, and not much you can do anyway!
