Flat roof garden lento

I want to cover a small leanto with a flat roof. The area is 5' x 5'. I'd thought to cover it with ply and then roofing felt but that means buying two 8' x 4' sheets of ply to make up two 5' x 2' 6" panels and then buying a whole roll of roofing felt, much of which would be wasted.

Any ideas how I can do a low cost and effective job without the waste?

Make the whole roof the size of 2 8x4 sheets combined thus cutting down the waste considerably.

To reduce cost (not waste) you could use shuttering board and if you knew someone that uses torch-on felt they may have an off cut? Golden Pages will have a few lads in your area that might have a bit?
Be careful using the torch-on as the heat required is quire intense, anything on the old adjoining roof that is flammable will be a fire hazard. But its good stuff
