Flat Roof rough cost's

Hi all

My garage roof has developed a few leaks I've been looking into EPDM.

Although I feel competent enough to replace it I would rather pay someone and know its done properly.

Using the diagram below would anybody be able to give me a rough price I should expect to pay?

Supply and fit rubber with all trims, £947
No allowance made for stripping existing, as we dont know whats on there.
You will also need new boards, if you want the 20yr gaurantee.

Its a felt roof on T&G Boards. I've been put under the impression that you remove the felt and fix ply/osb on top of the old boards?

Exactly, strip existing felt, lay new boards with rubber membrane fully adhered.

To strip off all old felt, Replace any old/rotting decking, Overboard with 11mm osb (to get a nice smooth surface for the rubber to adhere to)
All trims, Labour.................Around the £1800 mark.

I've now had the roof done By a very helpfull father and son who i would recommend.
