flat roof!

I am in need of having a flat roof re-covered, the options seem to now include rubber bond - does anyone know if this is any good and reliable??

flat roofs by nature are a high maintenance product, three layer felt and chippings for instance have a 10-15 year life span.what you need to ask yourself is will the more expensive products give value for money (if they are say 3 times the cost will they really last 30-45years!).
