Flex or Twin and Earth

Hi all..

Just a query.. fitting spotlights in the garage soffit... I have been told to use 1.5mm flex... but I thought I should use 1.5mm twin and earth..

I see the benefit of using flex.. would that be okay ?

1mm² T&E is perfectly adequate. In fact, hugely oversized but that is the smallest T&E.

0.75mm² flex is adequate for a 6A circuit.

I've got 50mtrs of 1.5mm flex over.. will this be ok
